Chiad

The First Beer

Chiad takes its name from the Scottish Gaelic word for "first" - a fitting tribute to the very first recipe brewed at Rock Brewery.

Inspired by traditional Czech brewing techniques but with a modern hop-forward twist, Chiad is a smooth, refreshing IPA that balances vibrant hop character with exceptional drinkability.

At 5.0% ABV, it pours with a golden hue and delivers bright citrus, gentle floral notes, and a touch of pine over a clean malt backbone. A crisp finish and balanced bitterness make it as refreshing as it is flavourful.

Koza

The First Lager

Koza takes its name from the Czech word for "goat" - a nod to both its Czech inspiration and Arran's iconic Goat Fell, the island's highest peak.

Inspired by classic Czech pilsners, Koza is Arran's first lager, brewed to showcase crisp simplicity, refined balance, and exceptional drinkability. Traditional noble hops and premium malt combine to create a clean, refreshing beer with timeless character.

At 4.0% ABV, it pours pale gold with a bright, lasting head, offering delicate floral aromas, subtle spicy hop notes, and a gentle malt sweetness. A crisp, dry finish makes Koza an easy-drinking lager that's full of flavour without compromising refreshment.

Designed as a modern, easy-drinking dark ale, Drift Abyss delivers all the character of a darker beer while remaining remarkably light in body and refreshingly smooth. Roasted malt notes provide gentle depth without heaviness, making it an approachable pint for any season.

At 3.4% ABV, it pours a deep chestnut brown with a soft tan head, offering subtle aromas of toasted malt, cocoa, and a hint of caramel. The palate is clean and balanced, with a crisp finish that keeps each sip refreshing and easy to return to.
